Greetings by D. Shapovalov, cellist, laureate of international contests

I cordially thank MVK administration for their offer to take part in the expedition to the Arctic! There can be no doubt that this fantastically interesting project is of great historical and cultural significance not only for Russia, but for the whole world. I was impressed with this fantastic ideas, scale and level of the project, and without thinking, I agreed to become its participant. This is a great honour to hold speech at the opening ceremony of the first in the world exhibition at the North Pole, and, of course, I could not neglect this unique chance. In future I would be delighted to take part in other MVK projects, which I’m sure won’t be less extraordinary!
